According to the report of a famous website, the victim had lodged an FIR at Malwani police station and now recorded her statement last Wednesday. Meanwhile, in her statement, she has alleged that the accused had assured that her private parts would not be shown as she was just shooting for the intimate scene. However, the victim later came to know from a friend that her adult video was available on the app for a few days. They clearly shown the private parts of the victim.

After learning that the victim realized that the entire video was uploaded without any cut, and her private part was also shown in the video. Now the victim says she had signed an agreement and also received a few thousand rupees for the shooting. Raj has been accused by several models in the case so far and the list includes Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra.
