New Delhi: The government is now focused on giving employment only in the villages due to the crying epidemic. Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar has ordered the Ministry to run an awareness mission mode to grow organic crops in more than 1 lakh villages. In these villages, the highest emphasis should be on improving soil quality.

The order issued by Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said that every farm should have a record of soil health, no field should be left untouched. For this 3000 soil laboratories will be set up in villages. Priority will be given to youth studying in agriculture, self-help groups, co-operatives to open soil testing laboratory.

He said that opening a soil testing laboratory meant getting work for at least 3 people. That is, about 9000 people will be given employment in the villages. In this regard, an important meeting has been held recently in the Ministry of Agriculture. Apart from Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Minister of State for Agriculture Purushottam Rupala, Kailash Chaudhary and Secretary of the Ministry Sanjay Aggarwal were present.
