There is good news for sports fans in India. Now air sports will also be given attention in the country. Para gliding, air racing, hang gliding and many other air sports are very popular in India. Now the Government of India has brought air sports policy in the country. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia introduced this policy on Tuesday. Jyotiraditya Scindia said that India is creating a new history, we have come up with the National Air Sports Policy 2022. This is a sector from where a lot can be achieved. Jyotiraditya Scindia said that India has a large number of people below 35 years of age who are enthusiastic about air sports. This culture is very popular in countries like Europe, America and Australia, but when there is winter, then it should have space in other countries also.

What about Air Sports Policy?
* Air Sports Federation of India was formed. It will work in 4 layers. There can be more than one air sports work in any one association.
* Secretary, President will be selected for each association. Voting facility will be made for him. Here 3 members from the private sector will also be included.
* 6 air sports have been given place in this policy, total 11 air sports will be included in India.
* At present, revenue of 80-100 crores is generated in the country from air sports, the government's effort is to increase it up to 10 times.

All these air sports inclusive:-
1- Aerobatics
2- Aeromodelling and model rocketry
3- Amateur-built and experimental aircraft
4- Ballooning
5- Drones
6- Gliding and powered gliding
7- Hang gliding and powered hang gliding
8- Parachuting (including skydiving, BASE1 jumping and wingsuits etc.)
9- Paragliding and paramotoring (including powered parachute trikes etc.)
10- Powered aircraft (including ultralight, microlight and light sports aircraft etc.)
11- Rotorcraft
