Patna: A divorce case is going on for Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad and his wife Aishwarya Rai. Meanwhile, Aishwarya's belongings were delivered to her house from Tej Pratap's residence on Friday. However, Tej Pratap's father-in-law and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MLA Chandrika Rai refused to take their daughter's luggage off the car in the fear that there might be an objectionable thing to trap her family.

It is being told that Chandrika Rai has also lodged a complaint about this in Shastri Nagar Police Station. Chandrika Rai has emphasized that, we will take the goods sent to my house only when a member of Lalu Prasad's family and a magistrate are present to take care of it. Please tell that former Bihar CM Rabri Devi had allegedly removed her daughter-in-law Aishwarya from her house last week.

Aishwarya's in-laws and maika are located a few hundred meters away. Shastri Nagar SHO Vimalendu Kumar has told that the allegations made by Chandrika Rai on Rabri Devi are not a cognizable offense, so we are investigating the initial and later if necessary, we will file a case under the relevant sections.
