In a special episode for his birthday, Amitabh Bachchan, the host of Kaun Banega Crorepati, will put two of his relatives in danger. In a preview for the episode, which airs on Amitabh's birthday, October 11, we see him breaking down as Jaya Bachchan shares a heartbreaking truth about him.

The hooter sounds before timeout in the KBC promo, and Amitabh responds by expressing surprise that the game was over too soon. When Abhishek Bachchan, who is in the hot seat, says one of his well-known lines, "Rishte me jo humari ma lagti hain (the one who is my mother by relationship)," he surprises the man. As a surprise for Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan arrives on the sets wearing a white embroidered suit. Amitabh appears to be in tears as they hug.

When Jaya shares information with the players that his fans are unaware of, Amitabh breaks down in tears. Darshako ke liye main batana chahti hu (I want to tell the audience...), she says. Later, Amitabh is seen using a tissue paper to dab his tears.
