In today's episode, Barkha tells Ankush that Rakhi and Toshu must be having some sort of relationship. Rakhi affirms that she is OK when Anupama asks whether she is. Barkha tells Anupama to take care of her grandma duties first because they are there to take care of her husband when she visits Anuj. Even Anuj agrees when Anupama says that she can take care of Anuj very well. Anu spills the flower tray, and Baa screams at her. She is urged not to yell at the child by Kavya and Kinjal. Anu is still being blamed by Baa, who also orders her to keep the child away. Meenu claims that she dropped the dish and that Anu was only attempting to stop it. Anupama and Bapuji help Baa to recognise her error. Baa expresses regret to Anu.

Anuj is used as a pawn by Barkha to influence Baa's treatment of Anu. After dancing together, Anupama asks everyone to choose a name. Everyone makes suggestions, and Kinjal inquires about Vanraj and Anupama's preferences. Together, they utter the name Aarya, and they decide to use it for the newborn. Anupama notices messages from Toshu's fiancée telling him that she misses him and that he needs to get back to Ahmedabad quickly on his phone. She is startled.

She replies "yes" when Vanraj asks if she's okay. Toshu declares that instead of wanting to live a life of luxury, all he wants is to be with Kinjal and Aarya for the rest of his days. Later, Anupama drags Toshu inside a locked room. Rakhi observes it and wonders if she was aware of Toshu's relationship. He expresses the same curiosity, and Anupama replies that she did learn about his actions.
