Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav will retire while deciding the fate of the big leaders in the Babri Masjid demolition case. He will retire at 5:00 pm. There were a total of 49 people accused in the Babri Masjid demolition case in which 17 accused have died. The court will decide all the remaining 32 main culprits in the case. According to sources, senior BJP leaders L K Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, Uma Bharti, Mahant Gopal Das and Kalyan Singh are not attending the court proceedings. Uma Bharti is COVID-19 infected. Mahanta Nritya Gopal Das and Kalyan Singh have been cured from COVID19.

The Babri demolition offender Santosh Dubey said that "We will welcome the decision that the court will take. If acquitted, we'll come back to Ayodhya for Pujan.

Additional 80 company PAC has been deployed across the state. Two additional SP, 13 deputy SP and 8 company PAC additional have been deployed in Lucknow.
