According to reports, the husband of the deceased woman has alleged that his wife was lured by ADO Panchayat Abhay Shukla to make her a caretaker of the toilet. At the same time, after making the caretaker of the toilet, the ADO panchayat was constantly pressurizing his wife to have a relationship, when his wife did not agree, he removed her from the caretaker of the toilet.
Meanwhile, the ADO panchayat raped the woman, threatening to make her obscene photos viral.
