Patna: People's decision in Kusheshwarsthan and Tarapur seats will be taken today in Bihar bypolls. Tejashwi Yadav has attacked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar before the seat comes to a conclusion. Attacking Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav said, "This government does not believe in democracy. The government is trying to coordinate by wrongly recalling an officer.''

Further, he said, "An audio has come to the fore in which an officer is seeking votes for a particular party and now it is learnt that all the responsibility of counting has been given to the same officer. The government entrusted the counting of votes to the officer who should have been prosecuted.'' On the same audio, he further said, "We have given full news to the Chief Electoral Officer. We have also sent audio clips to the Election Commission and told the whole story. The audio threatens to cancel the PDS dealer's licence. At whose behest is this happening?''

Attacking the same officers, Tejashwi Yadav said, "Constitutional institutions are getting defamed because of a few sold and timid officers. As opposition, we can complain to the Election Commission, but the Government should avoid such an act. Whatever the government takes, victory is our determination. Those who had announced their retirement in the last election are emotionally exploiting the individuals.''
