Vaishali, Bihar: In an shocking incident in Bihar, a footage exposes the appalling insensitivity of a policemen that he tied a rope around the neck of a dead man and dragged his body.

Villagers in Bihar's Vaishali district found the man dead in the river Ganga. Police arrived two hours after being called, after that the body was pulled out.

The police tied a noose around the man's neck and dragged him hundreds of metres from the riverbank to their vehicle, as there were ambulance or any workers were not present.

This is the second incident of the dead being treated heartlessly by the police in Vaishali.
