Saran: The district administration launched a unique initiative in Saran, Bihar. The voters were given corona vaccine at the Polling Centre. A health department team was deployed at the voting centre for the same. Those who wanted to get vaccinated voluntarily were given doses. Both corona vaccine covishield and covaxin were arranged at the polling booths.

Both the first dose and the second dose were applied due to this. This was the first local people of the Saran district administration to like it very much. That is why the voters got the vaccine done in a big way. Dr. Nilesh Ramachandra Deora, Collector, Saran, who himself MBBS, launched this unique initiative for panchayat elections. Under this, a health department team was deployed at the polling stations. So that those who are coming without vaccine can be vaccinated.

At the same time, this initiative launched by the district administration in Saran was very helpful for the voters. The vaccine was easily administered without waiting for the individuals. Locals say the initiative was very good. It should be adopted in other districts also. So that vaccination can be done at the earliest in the state. That is what everyone is praising this unique initiative and it is really commendable.
