Shimla: After suffering several setbacks at the hands of the BJP in Himachal Pradesh, now the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has also hit back at the saffron party. The AAP president of Himachal Pradesh and Mahila morcha president had also taken over the repression of the BJP and after this, the AAP had dissolved its entire unit. Now, the AAP has inducted Harmel Dhiman, the national executive member of the BJP's Scheduled Caste Morcha, into the party.

Harmel Dhiman was also vice-president of the Himachal BJP's Scheduled Caste Morcha. He joined AAP in the presence of Satyendra Jain in Delhi on Wednesday. Though Harmel Dhiman is not a big name in the Himachal Pradesh BJP, the AAP has tried to send a message by joining him in Delhi. Earlier on Monday, Himachal Pradesh AAP's Mahila Morcha president Mamta Thakur, vice-president Sangeeta, social media vice-president Ashish Kumar and DK Tyagi joined the BJP.

Earlier on April 8, the BJP had in a big blow to Arvind Kejriwal, breaking state president Anup Kesari. What a major blow it was can also be gauged from the fact that AAP had dissolved its own party's Himachal unit after this. The party said it would now rebuild the organisation on merit.
