Lakhimpur violence: Sumit Jaiswal filed FIR; MoS Ajay Mishra meets Amit Shah

Lucknow: Violence in Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh is not cooled yet. Third day over the Lakhimpur violence, there was a stir in the state from Uttar Pradesh to Delhi. Meanwhile, an FIR has also been registered by the BJP in the case. Two FIRs have been registered in the case so far. Meanwhile, Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra has met Home Minister Amit Shah in Delhi.

Three BJP workers Hariom (35), Shyam Sundar (40) and Shubham Mishra (30) were also killed in the Lakhimpur violence. An FIR has now been lodged by the party in the case. The FIR has been lodged by BJP councillor Sumit Jaiswal of Shivpuri ward in Lakhimpur. Sumit Jaiswal is the man seen jumping out of a jeep in the viral video. Sumit has registered a case of murder under Section 302 against unidentified persons.

This is the second FIR in this case. The first FIR has been registered by Bahraich farmer Jagjit Singh. He has registered a case against 15 to 20 unidentified persons including Ashish Mishra, son of Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra in his complaint.
