As part of the campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach his constituency Varanasi today from where he will launch the campaign. The BJP's campaign will be a nation-wide campaign aimed at connecting people from all walks of life with the BJP.

Jagat Prakash (JP) Nadda arrived here on Friday on a two-day visit to the state after being appointed as the acting president of the BJP. He was received by State President and Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey, CM Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma. Nadda has said that "right now we are the largest party in the world. PM Modi to launch a membership campaign from tomorrow. Our competition is on our own. We will take our 11 crore membership to 20 crores."
