New Delhi: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is going to launch its 'membership campaign' from today, Whose main goal is to increase the number of Party members. As part of the campaign, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach his constituency Varanasi today from where he will launch the campaign. The BJP's campaign will be a nation-wide campaign aimed at connecting people from all walks of life with the BJP.

In a tweet, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "Our inspiration, On the birth anniversary of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, the BJP's membership campaign will begin. I'll be involved in this campaign in Kashi. The campaign will connect people from all walks of life with the BJP family, which will strengthen the party."

Jagat Prakash (JP) Nadda arrived here on Friday on a two-day visit to the state after being appointed as the acting president of the BJP. He was received by State President and Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey, CM Yogi Adityanath, Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma. Nadda has said that "right now we are the largest party in the world. PM Modi to launch a membership campaign from tomorrow. Our competition is on our own. We will take our 11 crore membership to 20 crores."
