Illegal business of selling blood busted in Muzaffarpur, 6 arrested

Patna: On Sunday, an illegal blood business was busted in the Chunabhatti locality of Malighat of Mithanpura police station in Muzaffarpur district of Bihar. The donor used to buy blood by paying one thousand rupees and then it was sold in the market at high prices. Police arrested six people red-handed. More than half a dozen unit blood has also been seized.

All the six accused are being intensively questioned at Mithanpura police station. The mastermind and his two associates have escaped from the spot. Police said that the entire game was going on for a week at Rajesh Kumar Jha's house in Limbhatti. Its mastermind is Naveen Kumar, a tenant from Imlichatti. He had rented a house in the name of blood donation, but under the guise of this, he used to run an illegal business of blood. For many days there was a crowd of people. Every day a different man used to come. This made the people suspicious.

The locals reached there on Sunday night. Locked the youth in a room. Beats some people too. Half a dozen units of blood were found after searching the room. The police were then informed. Police reached the spot and questioned the people in this regard. No one gave a satisfactory answer. On this, six youngsters were arrested by the police. The case is under investigation.
