Kabul: A massive blast has been reported in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. In which 19 people have lost their lives and about 50 people have been injured. The blast is said to have been a suicide attack in front of Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Hospital. Sources at the spot said that gunshots have also been heard from the spot.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses said that there was a massive explosion at first, followed by gunshots. At the same time, the cause of the blast is also not known. Taliban deputy spokesman Bilal Karimi told media about the blast in the capital that a suicide blast targeted civilians outside Sardar Mohammad Dawood Khan Military Hospital in Kabul. He said the number of casualties is yet to be ascertained. They have not confirmed another explosion on the spot.

 Afghanistan has been under constant explosion in Kabul ever since the Taliban captured the terror group in August. Most of these blasts are being carried out by Islamic State-related organizations. However, the Taliban has said it will soon take control of the Islamic State and establish peace in the country. However, the Islamic State has become active in the northern part of the war-torn country.
