Indore: In the incident of the suicide of 37-year-old Lokesh Bhalse of Indore city in Madhya Pradesh, Bhanwarkuan police station has registered a complaint against his brother Kamlesh and Ritesh for abetment to suicide. The criminals had evicted Lokesh from the ancestral property and refused to give him a share.

According to the same TI Santosh Dudhi, Lokesh son of Rajaram Bhalse, a resident of Chitrabagh, had committed suicide by hanging himself on May 13 last year. The police took the statement of Vandana, the wife of the deceased, and charged Kamlesh and Ritesh with harassment. Vandana said that she has an ancestral house in Bhavana Nagar. Brother-in-laws Kamlesh and Ritesh refused to give Lokesh the partition of this house and drove him away. The duo evicted Lokesh from the ancestral house. Frustrated by this, Lokesh hanged himself in the house. The police set up a morgue and investigated the case and took statements of the wife and father.

According to TI, the deceased Lokesh had also written a suicide note. In it also, he accused his brothers Kamlesh and Ritesh and mentioned not dividing the house. When the police took statements from both the brothers, it was proved that Lokesh had committed suicide because he did not get a share of his right from the house.
