Bangalore: The case of wearing hijab in the classroom of Karnataka school is increasing continuously. Students and their parents are adamant on the demand to wear the hijab, while the High Court has banned the wearing of any clothing of religious identity in educational institutions till the order is passed. In such a situation, now the children are facing the loss of education.

School-colleges have already been closed due to tension and now even after the opening of the school till class 10, there is a conflict between the girl students and the school regarding the hijab. Today (Tuesday) i.e. from February 15, the 10th class preparatory exam was going to be held at Karnataka Public School, Shivamogga. The girls came wearing hijab to give the exam, on which they were not allowed to enter the school.

In such a situation, Muslim girl students left the examination itself. Talking to the media, a student said that she was asked to remove her hijab before entering the school. She cannot do this, so she refused to give the exam. Many girl students skipped the exam and said that they can drop out, but not the hijab. At the same time, the parents of a student of a government Urdu school in Pariknagar in Udupi district said that since the hijab was banned in schools, they have stopped sending their daughter to school.
