World Mental Health Day is observed on October 10 in an effort to increase awareness all over the world. This day is observed to raise awareness of mental health issues, show how they affect people everywhere, and to address the unwarranted social stigma associated with them. It's not easy to survive in the entertainment industry. To develop an identity, one must put forth a lot of effort and struggle. Many celebrities encounter challenges during the process, but they overcome them and grow stronger as a result. Numerous well-known individuals have opened up about their struggles with anxiety and depression and have influenced people with their stories.

Rubina Dilaik

Rubina Dilaik spoke candidly about her battle with depression and having suicidal thoughts while competing on Bigg Boss 14. Salman Khan questioned her about having anger management issues during a weekend episode. She then admitted that she had struggled with depression and even had suicidal thoughts nine years earlier. Later, Rubina discussed how being constantly overworked and lacking time for socializing and other activities made her depressed in an interview. You just can't make sense of what's going on, she said. You begin to question why you are agitated and why no one is around you. Why am I unable to succeed? There are too many unanswered questions. I came to the realization that the issue lies within. I don't understand a lot of things, but there is also no one to lead me. There is no formal education on the subject, and nobody discusses depression. She also mentioned during the conversation that she overcame it by getting real help and surrounding herself with loved ones.

Ankita Lokhande

Ankita Lokhande was harassed online and criticized on social media following the tragic death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In response to this criticism, the actress took to social media. During a live session, she discussed how she dealt with depression and how, with the support of her loved ones, she was able to overcome it. I've experienced depression myself, she admitted. I was going through a rough time at the time; I was in a lot of pain and frequently shed tears. However, I only had a small number of devoted fans who had been with me from the beginning, as well as my family and friends. I really admire that. But jinhe mein pasand nahi hun, I'm telling you straight up to stop following me but stop holding me responsible for everything.

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia

The current Bigg Boss 16 contestant Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia recalls how perplexed those around her were about her predicament. In a previous interview, Nimrit stated, "The majority of people didn't comprehend what was happening. A certain lack of knowledge exists regarding mental health. We are all familiar with words like anxiety and depression. My brain burnout was identified. Everyone was utterly perplexed as to what that is. They were making generalizations like there was a problem in my personal life and that's why it was upsetting." Nimrit also talked about how she never let her image worry keep her from sharing her mental health journey with her fans on social media. She uttered, "I believed I had an obligation to be sincere with my devoted followers.

Parth Samthaan

During the COVID-19 pandemic, prominent names in the entertainment industry, including Parth Samthaan, were also going through a rough time. Parth Samthaan had previously shared a post on Instagram in which he thanked his loved ones for helping him improve as a person. My sincere gratitude. "Yes, there were depressive and sad moments during this lockdown, but that's what gives us strength to be stronger and push ourselves so that one day, when this pandemic is over.. We are Ready!!!," he wrote in the caption. It's time to face the world once more!
