New Delhi: The top court on Friday made a big comment in the case of the killing of fishermen in Kerala by two Italian marines. The Central Government had requested to close the case, while the apex court has denied it. The Supreme Court says that they will not close these cases without hearing the family's side. Also, it has been told from the government that Italy has given India the confidence to prosecute the accused.

During the hearing, the Chief Justice has said that the family should get appropriate compensation in this case, we will not pass any order without hearing the family of the victims. Now the apex court has ordered SG to include the family in this case within a week and then bring a new application. During the hearing, the Chief Justice said that we had earlier said that this case will run in the criminal court, the victim's family is also a party there. In such a situation, go there first, then come to the top court.

On behalf of SG, the court has been told that the Italian government has written a letter to India to take action against the accused marines and assured to run the criminal case. Along with this, there is also talk of giving compensation to the victim's family. After which the court said that it is appropriate to give compensation and first you will come here with the check, only after that the court will close the case.
