Raipur: A major road accident took place on the National Highway Road in Dhamtari district of Chhattisgarh, killing six people. Five persons succumbed to injuries on the spot while a young man was badly injured and was admitted to Kurud Hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.

All these youths are said to be residents of Bakuntpur in Korea district.
