Shimla: CID SIT in the state has issued information letters to more than 12 people accused of cheating crores from several gardeners. These commission agents have been asked to present in the CID headquarters in the coming week. Meanwhile, due to COVID-19, the investigation of the SIT stalled. Now, after getting relaxation in Unlock-2, CID has started to strengthen its grip on those who have disappeared with the apple of the gardeners and do not pay money.

SP Crime Virender Kalia has confirmed. After the order of the High Court, an SIT was constituted under the chairmanship of SP Kalia, who was entrusted with the investigation of all the cases of cheating with gardeners in the entire state. In addition to several dozen cases, more than one hundred and fifty complaints are involved. When the investigation began, SIT warned the artisans to return the money, but when they did not agree, one by one, about two dozen people from Himachal to Maharashtra, Delhi and UP were sent to jail.

And not only that, due to this, about eight crores rupees has been recovered. According to information received from the sources, in the investigation that started again after the break, so far, 25 agents have been issued letters. It is believed that they will also be given time to return the money and strict legal action will be taken against them if they do not return the money till the time fixed.
