Because 80 percent of the state's population lives in the village itself. In such a situation, people living in rural areas do not have smartphones, no data, no cyber cafes in the village.

Sanjay Singh said that in the absence of all this, how can the people of the state get vaccinated by registering online? The large population of the state cannot be registered online. Sanjay Singh said that the priority of the government should be to get the vaccine for all and the government should also make arrangements for it.
