Lucknow: Preparations are on to include Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath in the hearing of cases related to the disputed Gyanvapi complex located in Kashi, the city of Baba Vishwanath. Power of attorney for cases will be handed over to CM Yogi soon. Jitendra Singh Visen, President of Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh has given this information on Saturday (29 October 2022). Let us tell you that till now all these cases are being watched by Vishwa Vedic Sanatan Sangh.

Jitendra Singh Visen has told that 'Almost all the cases related to the Gyanvapi campus were filed by us. But, at present, we are looking at only 5 cases.' In this, apart from Maa Shringar Gauri Case, Bhagwan Adi Vishweshwar Virajman, and three other cases are included. The power of attorney of these five cases will now be handed over to CM Yogi after the legal process is completed. All legal processes in this regard will be completed by November 15. In simple words, Power of Attorney (POA) refers to a legal system that allows a person to appoint another person or organization to manage his assets, medical affairs and finances in his absence. The authorized person is called an agent or a power of attorney agent. 

Depending on the terms and conditions, the Authorized Agent may have broad or limited powers to make legal decisions relating to a property, medical matters and finances. It is governed by the Power of Attorney Act of 1888. Many cases related to Gyanvapi are pending. These include the four major Maa Shringar Gauri case, Lord Shri Adi Vishweshwar seated, the allegation of hurting religious sentiments about the Shivling found in Gyanvapi and the 1991 case of the ancient idol Swayambhu Jyotirling Adivishwar. Regular hearing of the matter related to the demand for an archaeological survey of Gyanvapi is going on in Allahabad High Court.

At the same time, a matter of demand for an archaeological survey of the Gyanvapi complex is going on regular hearings in the apex court. Simultaneously, during the trial of Shringar Gauri, a petition was filed to stop the commission proceedings in May 2022, which was dismissed.
