This decision will be taken by the high command, but most of the officials and activists are of the opinion that Congress should contest the BMC elections alone. Apart from this, he also said, 'The party has decided to reach out door-to-door for the next 100 days. There was also talk of fixing the responsibility of newly appointed office-bearers of the Mumbai Congress, which will be monitored by Patil, the Maharashtra Congress in-charge. The Congress celebrated its foundation day on Monday itself.

There was a congressional rhythm there. During this time, it was fiercely spoken against Shiv Sena and NCP. To strengthen the BMC and the organization to be held in February 2022, on Tuesday, Maharashtra Congress in-charge Patil held a meeting with Congress leaders. In this meeting, Patil has prepared a 100-day agenda. It is being said that under this, the officials will go from house to house, take a meeting, know the problems of the common man so that those issues can be raised.

It has also been said that every month, he himself will come to Mumbai and check how the work he was given was completed. It has also been said in this meeting that the Congress is in the Government of Maharashtra, but he is in opposition in the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, so he should be in the role of opposition here.
