Kanpur: Five more infected died on Friday from COVID-19. 420 new patients were detected in the test. The figure of the infected has increased to 19450. The death toll has reached 516. After treatment, 46 patients were discharged from the hospital. Including these, the number of infected infectives has increased to 5373. 287 patients completed the home isolation period. The number of such infected persons has been 8862. There are 4699 active cases. 

3 patients died in Halat, 1 died in Rama Medical College and fifth in SPM Hospital. Those who died were patients of diabetes, hypertension, asthma, TB etc. 7659 samples were taken on Friday for the test of COVID-19. Out of these, 5969 samples were tested with antigen kit, then infection was confirmed in 244 people. Samples of 948 persons are being tested with the RTPCR device in the Medical College. Another 742 patients are being tested with CV knot and trunet machine. With this, the cases of corona in the state are constantly increasing.

On the other hand, the infection of coronavirus in the country is increasing rapidly. Over the past three days, more than 95 thousand new cases are coming out. Due to the large number of cases being reported daily, the number of infected people has crossed 46 lakh. However, the number of patients recovering from total cases is many times more. So far, more than 77 percent people have been cured.
