Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) Muslim leader and MLA Azam Khan from Rampur is in the trouble these days. Azam Khan has to appear in court almost every second to the third day in some case or the other. Meanwhile, the MP-MLA court of Rampur has framed charges against him in ten cases. On the other hand, he is not relieved in the SLP filed in the Supreme Court to quash the FIR in the two birth certificate cases of his son Abdullah Azam Khan.

Azam Khan, while talking to reporters in this regard, said that who said we were shocked. We had sought two reliefs from the apex court. One maximum relief and one minimum relief. In Maximum Relief, we had demanded that Abdullah Azam Khan neither has two birth certificates nor does he have two passports or two PAN cards. Azam Khan said that Abdullah Azam Khan has only one birth certificate and it has been made by the Lucknow Municipal Corporation because Abdullah was born in Queen Mary Hospital Lucknow. 

Azam Khan said that his mother's statement regarding this matter is maternity leave. She did not have any other children after Abdullah. There is a doctor's statement regarding the birth of Abdullah and medical examinations have been done at two places. Despite this, if justice is not given, then we are not responsible. Azam said that the order of the Lucknow High Court for the lower court will not be binding, that is, this case will no longer run. The trial court will decide the case on the basis of merit and demerit. This is a blow to us. Taking a jibe at the media, Azam Khan said that you people do not want us to get relief. You want us to be hanged.
