Jodhpur: A regular hearing was held in the SC Tribe court on Wednesday in the much-discussed ANM Bhanwari Devi Kidnapping and Murder case. The order has been reserved till 9th September after a lengthy cross-examination of the CBI's application before the Presiding Officer Anima Dadhich. In this case, the CBI had sought time for the SLP in the Supreme Court against the Rajasthan High Court order.

CBI Superintendent of Police Vinay Kumar appeared in the court during the hearing on Wednesday. In the meantime, he told the court that the U FBI's witness, Amber B. Carr, could not come to testify outside the U.S. His testimony can only be done through video conferencing. Advocate Hemant Nahata, on behalf of the defendants, said it clearly shows that the CBI is only taking time to do conspiracy drama.

He said the years 2017 are just passing the time. More than forty muscles have taken place.  On the other hand, the trial court for video conferencing and once by the Rajasthan High Court has also dismissed it. Now the High Court is seeking time for the top court against the order. The court then reserved the order on the application form after hearing all the parties.
