New Delhi: On Friday, a snatcher was arrested by the Delhi police in connection with the shooting at a constable in Ganesh Nagar here two months ago.

Also, police recovered the a stolen scooty from the possession of the accused Sunny alias Ghoose from Moti Nagar. During interrogation, accused has opened that two months ago he and his collaborator had a brawl in Ganesh Nagar.

“Sunny revealed that two motorcyclists trapped hold of him and his collaborator when the police arrived and he had fired at one of the police constables while other police personnel tried to catch them but they ran away leaving the scooty behind”, said police.

The convict also revealed that he was implicated in stealing and robbery for making rapid money.
