New Delhi: Delhi's air is becoming more poisonous every day, like every year. Slow wind speed, smoke, and dust are continuously increasing pollution. On Wednesday morning also, there was fog in Delhi. Even today, Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) remains in a bad category. That is why the crisis of Covid is now increasing. People are facing breathing problems and headaches. The air quality in Delhi was more than 304 on Tuesday while about 2 dozen centers in Delhi's three dozen monitoring centers, which recorded a 24-hour required 300, are said to have very poor air quality.

It has been revealed that the Delhi government also needs to be strict in view of the increasing pollution. The government has announced a fine of Rs 20 lakh on the North Delhi Municipal Corporation for violating the control rules at Bhalła landfill. In this regard, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai inspected the Bhalła landfill site and reported it by tweet and further he said, "Surprise test is being carried out under the "War against pollution" campaign of the Bhalła landfill site. Found negligence during the inspection, DPCC has been issued instructions to conduct a legal investigation".

According to the information received, the political blame game has also begun once again. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia expressed concern over the increasing pollution in North India and said that the threat of Covid-19 this year is very deadly due to increasing pollution. The central government is totally unsuccessful in protecting North India from pollution.

Sisodia demanded immediate concrete steps from the central government to check pollution in North India. Sisodia said that the Delhi government has been continuously making efforts to check pollution for years, while the central government is doing nothing. The deputy chief minister said in a press conference that the pollution has started showing its impact this time too.
