Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) President Raj Thackeray has written a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray amid the ongoing political battle over the loudspeaker controversy in Maharashtra. In his letter to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Raj Thackeray has attacked Uddhav Thackeray and expressed his opposition to the action being taken against MNS workers.

The same Raj Thackeray, in a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray, has also warned the government, describing the action being taken against MNS workers as repressive. He has said that the government should not test our tolerance. Power comes and goes. Raj Thackeray has attacked and said that no one remains in power forever. Uddhav Thackeray, not you either. He has said that our workers are being searched as if they are terrorists from Pakistan. MNS chief has said that our 28 thousand persons have been given notice.

He questioned who ordered the strict and repressive action against the MNS workers? Along with Maharashtra, all Hindus are watching. Significantly, for the past few days, there is a competition between Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray over Hindutva. Raj Thackeray had given an ultimatum till May 3 to the Maharashtra government to remove the loudspeakers installed on the mosques. Raj Thackeray had said that if loudspeakers are not removed from mosques by May 3, then we will recite Hanuman Chalisa on loudspeakers in double the voice. The MNS workers also did this, regarding which the Uddhav government took a tough stand.
