The Deol house held the Mehndi ceremony for Karan Deol and his future wife Drisha Acharya following the Haldi and Sangeet rituals.
The son of Sunny Deol and grandson of Dharmendra is getting married to his longtime lover Drisha, the great-granddaughter of legendary filmmaker Bimal Roy.
The Deol bungalow was fully lighted for the Mehndi, continuing the pre-wedding celebrations. In a golden kurta-pyjama, Karan Deol came, grinning and waving to the photographers.
His father also stepped out to meet the paparazzi who were stationed outside his house. Dressed in a light pink T-shirt and white pants, the actor happily showed the henna on his hands. Sunny Deol’s Mehndi is winning the internet as the actor made symbols of different religions for his Mehndi and flaunted the same in the media. His mehndi was shared in a video posted by the paparazzi Instagram account Yogen Shah.
Karan Deol and Drisha Roy got engaged a few months ago and their intention to get married this month became public after their roka ceremony that took place some time back.
The couple have opted for an intimate wedding, but will host a grand reception in Mumbai.
Karan Deol made his Bollywood film debut with the 2019 film Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas. While the movie failed to perform great at the box office, the audience loved him onscreen. He was last seen in Deven Munjal’s 2021 film Velle. He starred alongside uncle Abhay Deol and actress Anya Singh in the film. He will next be seen in Apne 2 with grandad Dharmendra, father Sunny and uncle Bobby Deol.
