Mumbai: Enforcement Directorate (ED) raid in Gangster Iqbal Mirchi case has revealed a lot. In the Iqbal Mirchi case, dealings with several Congress leaders have been revealed. Sources say that it has also come to know about the dealings with the former Chief Minister of Haryana. In the raids conducted on Thursday in the house and office of Sudhakar Shetty, chairman of Sahana Group, in the Iqbal Mirchi case, the ED has received several important documents. The transactions between Sudhakar Shetty and many politicians have also been revealed in the documents involved in the raid.

The ED is also aware of the transaction of money with a former Haryana minister and some former ministers of Maharashtra Congress. The investigation has revealed that Sudhakar Shetty spent crores of rupees in the marriage of a relative of a former CM of Haryana. A land deal in the Juhu area of Mumbai between Shetty and a prominent leader is also under investigation. The ED has received information that Sudhakar Shetty had given him free services of his helicopters several times in return for kindness from these leaders.

The ED has questioned Sudhakar Shetty about the dealings with these leaders. ED is not satisfied with Shetty's responses at the moment. Shetty may be questioned for a second time soon. In the raid, the ED has recovered Shetty's bank statement, documents related to companies and many important documents, pen drives and computer hard disks.
