Chandigarh: Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a big gift to the people of Punjab and Haryana in Faridabad. PM Modi inaugurated the 2600-bed Amrita Hospital. Apart from this, PM Modi is going to gift Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital to the people of Punjab today. After this hospital located in New Chandigarh, Mohali, PM Modi will address a public meeting.

Earlier, PM Narendra Modi inaugurated Amrita Hospital in Faridabad, Haryana. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and others were present on the occasion. The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said that the super speciality hospital run by Mata Amritanandamayi Math will be equipped with 2600 beds. This hospital is being constructed at an estimated cost of about 1.25 crore. This hospital will provide state-of-the-art health facilities to 6000 crore people.

Along with this, you will be welcomed with Om Namah Shivaya while entering Amrita Hospital, Asia's largest private multi-speciality. 81 types of specialized medical facilities will be provided in this hospital. These will include facilities like archaeology, cardiac science, neuroscience, gastro science, renal, trauma transplant, and mother and child care. Also, this hospital will have more than 12,000 employees and 700 doctors will be deployed to treat patients.
