Liquor mafia Raj Kishore Rai was called and demanded liquor, after which Rajkishore Rai called the police as a customer to take liquor.

The same police raided Raj Kishore Rai's house as soon as the Tahrir was confirmed and seized 92 liters of foreign liquor, illegal weapons and a nameplate. On this nameplate, Raj Kishore Rai had written himself as the youth president of JDU. In this connection, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Manav Jeet Singh Dhillon has told that Raj Kishore Rai does not belong to JDU and he used the name plate of JDU on his vehicle for smuggling liquor.
