New Delhi: A case of a woman being murdered by breaking into her house in the national capital has come to light. The woman was shot 12 times. The incident took place in Delhi's Shahdara area. The police, who reached the spot after receiving the information, have taken the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. To identify the miscreants, the police are scanning the footage of CCTV cameras installed in the vicinity.

According to information, 38-year-old Fatima lived in a rented house in the Old Seelampur area of Shahdara. Fatima was raising her family by doing sewing-embroidery work. Fatima's body was found soaked in blood in her house. The police, who rushed to the spot after receiving the information, took the body into custody and sent it for postmortem. The post-mortem report revealed that Fatima was shot 12 bullets.

It is being told that Fatima's husband Yusuf lives in the Kalyanpuri area and he drives an auto. Fatima had been living separately from her husband for the past several years. She was doing sewing and embroidery at home and making a living for herself and her family. According to the police, a preliminary investigation revealed that Fatima was murdered in a mutual dispute. Police said Fatima's murder case is being investigated from different angles. The police are now scanning CCTV footage around Fatima's house to identify the murderers.
