Fencing Association of India (FAI) has sought its hosting after the cancellation of the Olympic qualifiers in Korea due to the worldwide coronavirus. The FAI has written to the international organization Federation de Internationale Descrime (FIE) for the qualifiers to be held in Delhi in June. The Olympic qualifiers and Asian championships in Korea were to be held in April.
