New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a self-reliant India campaign package to Manglaver. Then on Wednesday, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced several reliefs for the MSME sector. Even today, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is making announcements related to this package. The Finance Minister is giving information about the second instalment of this relief package today. It has been announced to provide relief to the street traders, small farmers and migrant labourers who are going through troubles during the Corona epidemic.

He said in the press conference that the state governments have been allowed to use the disaster funds for the urban poor so that they can be provided with food and housing. For this, money is sent from the centre. Homeless people living in urban areas are being given three-time meals in the shelter home with the money from the center. Rs 11 thousand crore has been provided to the urban poor. He said that care is being taken of the migrant workers. 2.33 crore migrant labourers have got employment in the panchayat. Applications up to 50 percent in MNREGA. The daily wage has been increased to Rs 202. Nirmala Sitharaman said that there is a readiness to give the right to minimum wages to all employees. Similarly, there is a plan to end regional disparity in minimum wages. There is also a plan to make annual health checkup mandatory for all employees. All this is still in the pipeline. There is a discussion going on in Parliament.

He further said that farmers took a loan of 4.22 lakh crores, farmers have been given a 3-month concession on this loan. Interest subvention scheme has been extended till 31 May. 25 lakh new Kisan Credit Cards have been issued. NABARD has given the assistance of 29,500 crores to rural banks.
