Indore: Indore Police has filed an FIR against BJP leader Dinesh Emosar. In the roadshow of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan last Monday, the BJP leader violated the guidelines of Covid-19, and on the basis of that, a complaint has been filed against him. Santosh Kumar Dudhi, in-Charge of the Sanver police station, recently spoke about it and said, "The roadshow which took place on Monday evening was approved on these conditions, which will include only five vehicles and other guidelines for physical distance and prevention from Covid-19 will be followed. '
In addition, he quoted a letter sent to the police station from the returning officer's office of Sanver, saying, "In violation of the conditions of permission, 20 to 25 vehicles were brought to the Chief Minister's roadshow. The physical distance rule was also broken in the election event and many of those involved in the rally did not even understand the need to wear masks to prevent the epidemic. Further, the police station in-charge has also said, "The case was filed late Monday night under section 188 (not obeying any government official's order) against local BJP leader Dinesh Emosar on an alleged violation of terms and conditions in the Chief Minister's roadshow. The Chief Minister's election roadshow was allowed on his application. '
Sanver is involved in the 28 assembly constituencies of the diocese where by-elections are to be held on November 3. The main election clash in this seat reserved for the scheduled caste is between the state's water resources Minister Tulsiram Cilavat and former Lok Sabha MP Premchand Guddu. He has come to the fray on behalf of the BJP and the Congress respectively.
