Mumbai: A case under Arms Act has been registered against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief Raj Thackeray in Thane. A video of Raj Thackeray had gone viral on social media in which he was seen waving a sword at a function in Thane. A case has also been registered against Raj Thackeray along with two other activists.

Raj Thackeray is once again in discussions regarding the demand to remove loudspeakers from the same mosques. Raj Thackeray is continuously pressurizing the Maha Vikas Aghadi government to remove loudspeakers from mosques, he has now given an ultimatum to the government till May 3. Even before this, he has been pressurizing the government on the loudspeaker case. On the occasion of Ram Navami, MNS workers had put up loudspeakers in front of Shiv Sena Bhawan and played Hanuman Chalisa recitation there, after which, many workers were arrested by the police.

In fact, during a rally, Raj Thackeray, while demanding the removal of loudspeakers from mosques, had warned that if the loudspeakers were not removed from the mosques, then Hanuman Chalisa would be recited in a loud voice in front of the mosques. Then MNS workers have started reciting Hanuman Chalisa at different places by installing loudspeakers. In this case, now the troubles of Raj Thackeray seem to be increasing.
