Rewa: In Madhya Pradesh, authorities are treating themselves as no less than emperors. We are saying this because the MLAs have to touch the feet of the officers to get the work done here in their own area. Yes, as per the recent information received, BJP MLA from Mauganj assembly constituency of Rewa Pradeep Patel had been asking the authorities to expedite the stuck power works in his area for a long time.

They had also staged a dharna 3 days ago to do so, but the work did not work. Pradeep now reached the power office again to hold the mattress. The department was reportedly rocked as soon as he was seen at the power office. Soon, all the officers and staff started persuading the MLA. As part of the information received in the case, Pradeep touched the feet of an electrical employee and said, "The 67 demands made by us should be worked out soon."

Not only that, the MLA made it clear that when the tax work is not done, he will not go from the power office. MLA Pradeep Patel has been agitating against his own government over the power problem. This is the second time in a week that the MLA has camped at the district office of the power department. Officials and staff have gathered here to persuade the MLA, but he says he will sit here till the problem is resolved.
