Raipur: Every year, there are many reports of people burnt to burn fire or firecrackers during the Festival of Deepawali, but those scorched people either die, or their faces are badly damaged. Sometimes their death or scars on the body cause nothing but proper treatment. Due to which death cases have also increased rapidly.

According to the information received recently, keeping in view the unavailability of doctors and the problems faced by the patients in Diwali, Dr Sunil Kalda, Director of the Kalda Plastic Cosmetic and Burn Center and Plastic Cosmetic Surgeon, Dr Sunil Kalda, for the people burnt or burnt by firecrackers in Diwali. Free first aid and advice have been arranged for 2 days at Pachpedinaka Dhamtari Road, near Colors Mall and in front of GE Road Rajkumar College.

Dr Kalda has requested the general public not to burn firecrackers carelessly during Diwali, but also to take care of their safety, to take adequate distance and caution while firing crackers. Sulphur, potash, coal, pebbles, twine, cloth and paper are used to make crackers and if burnt by crackers, pour water on the burnt spot immediately after burning.
