NEW DELHI: A Congress delegation is leaving Srinagar today with former party President Rahul Gandhi to find out the situation after Section 370 was removed by the Modi government from Jammu and Kashmir. Along with Rahul Gandhi, 12 senior Congress leaders are also going to know the state of the valley. However, sources said Rahul Gandhi and other Congress leaders will not be allowed to enter Srinagar.

Before leaving for Srinagar, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that we are not going to break the law there. He said if the situation in Kashmir is normal, why political leaders are not being allowed to leave the house. Before leaving for Srinagar, Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said, "We want to go to Kashmir and help the government."
