This case has come to light from the Hathin section of Palwal district where the daughter of a village has been murdered after gang rape in Bharatpur district. In this case, it is alleged that after her murder the body was hung from a neem tree and this case has been reported under the Kaman police station of Rajasthan.

According to the information, the girl's family brought the body to Palwal after a post-mortem and the father of the deceased has filed a case against 4 others, including 6 nominees, alleging gangrape, robbery, and murder. The police officer said, "The father of the deceased has alleged that 3 youths kidnapped his daughter on the strength of arms. They gang-raped her and then brutally murdered her.'
