Between lockdown and corona infection, the Haryana government has focused on the farmers in Unlock-1. Everyone will have the right for water. The government is building a data bank of the lands. There will be a complete record of how much land is owned by the owner and how many tenants. The government will make 17 thousand farmers as farmers-friendly. Chief Minister Manohar Lal gave this information in a conversation with reporters. He said that 1000 borewells will be constructed for recharging groundwater.

It will start from Ratia, Ismailabad, and Guhla sections. About 1.5 lakh rupees are estimated to be spent on a borewell. The government will bear 90% of the expenditure under this scheme. Farmers will have to pay only 10%. After constructing the borewell it will be handed over to the farmers. Farmers have appreciated my heritage scheme of the government. It is also beneficial for future generations. Along with the industrial sector, agriculture is also a primary sector of our economy. Assistance and economic development of about 17 lakh farmer families is the responsibility of the government. Plans are being made for this. The opposition parties have so far economically weakened the farmers by using them only politically. We consider farmers as our friends and brothers, farmers are the backbone of our economy and the priority of the government is the interest and prosperity of the farmers.
