Ahmadabad: 23-year-old Ramzan Ghanchi was arrested for the rape of a 31-year-old woman in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat. Ramzan is accused of befriending the woman by becoming Pintu. Later Ramzan took the woman from the place and made physical relations with her and also uploaded her pornographic video. The victim complained that the accused is an electrician. Some time ago, when he came to work at her house, then the two became friends. In the conversation he told that his name is Pintu. The woman felt that he belonged to her religion. Because of which she kept talking to him.
In a few days, friendship turned into love and both started visiting many places like Sanand, Chotla, Junagadh to travel. During this, the two became physical and Ramzan took off her pornographic video. A few days later, the victim came to know that the boy belonged to another religion and his name was Ramzan Ghanchi. The woman was shocked to know this and complained against the young man. She told that the two had been in a relationship for 14 months. During this, the young man drove him to many places and also beat her.
Following the complaint of the woman, the police arrested the accused from Juhapura area of Ahmedabad. Police have said that two months ago the woman asked the accused to marry, but he continued to threaten her instead of marrying her. When the matter increased, the woman told her family members. Anandnagar police officer said the victim has a 14-year-old son. She has lived separately from her husband for 5 years. Two years ago she needed an electrician, then she came in contact with him. On his way home, Ramzan gave the woman his number, which led to a conversation between the two.
