Harmanpreet Kaur named to the WBBL-7 Team of Tournament

Harmanpreet Kaur, an India all-rounder and T20 captain who plays for the Melbourne Renegades, is one of only two international cricketers to have been named to Cricket Australia's (CA) official Women's Big Bash League-7 (WBBL-7) "Team of the Tournament" released on Monday.

Sophie Devine of New Zealand, who plays for the Perth Scorchers, is the only non-Australian cricketer in the WBBL-7 "Team of the Tournament," having been named captain. Harmanpreet scored 399 runs in 11 innings for the Renegades this season, with an average of 66.5 and a strike rate of 135.25. She made three half-centuries, the best of which was an unbroken 81. Harmanpreet bowled 15 times for 15 wickets at an average of 20.4, with a high of 3/22.
