Chandigarh: A case of rape of a 26-year-old divorced woman from Hisar, Haryana has come to light. In this case, the police arrested the accused and sent them to jail. Police said that a divorced woman has complained that a man raped her and even threatened to kill her under the Civil Line Police Station area.
The victim told the police that she was divorced and had gone to court to get a rent agreement. Where he met a person named Shamsher Singh. He said that he would make a rent agreement and he also gave his mobile number. Apart from this, the woman wrote in her complaint that on February 11, she called me on the court premises and said that if you have to live by paying rent, then see my house too.
The woman said that the accused person took me with her to show her house in Sector 15. After seeing the house, drank tea with her and went. But I had left the documents related to my rental agreement, after this, on 12 February, he called me home and raped me after being locked in the room. The woman says that "when I protested, he threatened to kill me and the child and offered 1 lakh rupees to settle things in closed rooms." In this case, the accused person has been arrested by registering a case.
