Ambala: The bill relating to farmers has created a hue and cry after it was passed in the Lok Sabha. So, the farmers of Haryana and Punjab have come on the road to protest against the bill. But even after a huge protest, the central government is not in a mood to pull back its step. The Haryana unit of the Kisan Sangathan Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) has announced that it will block all the main highways in the state for 3 hours from 12 noon to 3 pm on Sunday.

The farmers ' organization has taken this decision after the central government refused to withdraw the bills of the agriculture sector even after the protest. Talking to media, the state unit president of Bharatiya Kisan Union, Gurname Singh said, farmers are on the streets across the country over minimum support price, farmers ' debt redemption. He said that on 20th, all the farmers will jam on the road.

He further said that if the government does not accept it, the entire country will be closed on September 25. Earlier, shouting slogans against the centre and the Haryana government during the demonstration raised slogans in Murshidabad. Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij urged the farmers not to block national highways, and to allow ambulances and unhealthy people to know the hospitals due to the corono virus epidemic.
