Islamabad: The case of atrocities on Hindus has once again come to light in Pakistan, which was separated from India in 1947 and became an Islamic country. This time, a Hindu minor girl from Hyderabad city was kidnapped, converted to Islam and then forcibly married and raped for several days. When the police recovered the girl a month after the incident, the judge surprised the Hindu girl by giving a strange decision. After the verdict, the girl hugged her mother in front of the judge and started crying. Seeing this, the judge changed his decision.  

According to media reports, a 15-year-old Hindu girl was kidnapped by Muslim youth in August. The girl's parents lodged a complaint with the police, but the police spent a whole month registering a case. After much pressure, the police and human rights law team recovered the girl from Balochistan and brought her back to Hyderabad. After this, the Karachi court heard the case and ruled in favour of the accused boy. In fact, the Muslim youth, who kidnapped and raped, had complained against the girl's family that both of them had married voluntarily and during this time he had also shown a fake certificate of the girl being an adult in the court. On which the judge ruled that the girl should be sent with the accused Muslim youth.

As soon as the judge heard this decision, the minor Hindu girl hugged her mother in court and started crying. Seeing this, the judge probably got mercy and ordered the girl to be sent to her house so that she could meet her family members. Before the judge, the girl's family said that the accused had kidnapped her and one of them forcibly married her to him. Before marriage, his daughter was forcibly converted to Islam. After this, the judge ordered that the medical check-up of the accused and the victim be done and till then the accused will not meet the girl or her family members. However, after this, the girl will remain with her family or she will have to spend some kind of life with the person who raped her, it is not yet clear.
